This is my preliminary research of music videos along with their conventions and representations of social groups/issues
Reflection ; This research was a small introduction to the music video conventions. This task was originally done in class as a classwork by my teacher but, I found myself lost in what to answer at times and would leave some spaces empty. I revisited this task when I came home to be able to complete it at my own pace which definitely helped me have a better and more indepth analysis. I was able to pause on certain scenes, uncover the meaning, and note what to take inspiration from. After completion, I realised how necessary this task was to my project as it helped me to narrow down what genre I wanted to pick.
